Refund policy

At HomeBasket, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 7 DAYS of receiving your order
Requests made after this period may not be accepted

3. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, the refund will be processed within 2-4 Business Days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
Exchanges are subject to product availability

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 DAYS Please share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
Items without original packaging or tags
Personal use or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
Clearance or final sale items (if mentioned)

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost
For all other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or borne by the customer
